Yucaipa Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related contractor services to residential and commercial customers in Yucaipa, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
The availability of specific services is subject to scheduling, material availability, and project feasibility. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
All estimates provided by Yucaipa Asphalt Paving are free of charge and carry no obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is based on a written quote signed by both parties.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Prices may change after that period due to material cost fluctuations, changes in project scope, or changed site conditions discovered during the work.
If the scope of work changes materially after a contract is signed - due to unexpected site conditions, customer-requested changes, or other factors outside our control - we will provide a written change order for your review and approval before proceeding.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on the agreed-upon date. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after a deposit has been paid may result in forfeiture of that deposit, as materials and crew time may have already been committed.
We reserve the right to reschedule work at our discretion if site conditions on the day of service are unsafe or unsuitable for the work (for example, wet or frozen surfaces not suitable for asphalt application).
Payment terms are as stated in the written contract for each project. For most residential projects, a deposit is collected prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon completion. For larger commercial projects, milestone-based payment schedules may apply as outlined in the contract.
Accepted payment methods will be noted in your written estimate or contract. If a balance is not paid when due, we reserve the right to assess a late fee and to pursue collection through legal means, including filing a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law.

Any warranty on workmanship will be stated in writing in your project contract. Unless specifically stated in writing, our services are provided "as is" without any additional warranty, express or implied.
Asphalt and pavement materials are subject to the effects of weather, temperature extremes, heavy loads, tree roots, soil movement, and normal wear and tear. Cracking, minor settling, and surface wear over time are normal characteristics of asphalt pavement and do not constitute defects in workmanship unless specifically covered by a written warranty.
We do not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or conditions that existed before our work began and were not included in the original project scope.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yucaipa Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow limitations on liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
